Our return policy is as follows.

Order cancellation

Because orders general ship within 2 business days cancellations are required within 2 business days before shipping.

No orders can be cancelled after delivery.

Shipping and packaging cost.

Orders are shipped via FedEx.

We do not ship worldwide.

We ship to the 48 contiguous states, and Canada.

Canadian shipments.

Canadian order include shipping cost via FedEx, and do not include any other cost that may occur to the customer, such as brokerage fees, taxes of any nature by Canadian officials.  These cost, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Product return.
Product  that are received damaged can be returned at the customers expense.  I upon receipt of the products and verification of the damage a refund for both the cost of the product and shipping will be made.  It is required that the customer contact R & P Trading prior to returning products for return instructions.    Customers are responsible for inspection the product with 3 business days and then to contact us for return instructions.  Contact for R & P Trading can be done via the telephone number/email listed at the top of this page.

If for any other reason other than damage the customer has 5 business days to contact R & P Trading for return instructions.  Any cost associated with the return is the customers responsibility.
No products can be returned after 5 business days and no refund will be made.
If the incorrect product is received contact R & P Trading within 3 business days, and arrangements for return will be made.
