Customer satisfaction is very important to us at R & P Trading. As a result, we will do our best to make sure you receive your order in a safe and timely manner.
If your order is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no additional charge. Because most of our items are large, and the shipping somewhat costly, we can only accept returns that are damaged as a result of shipping. In this case return shipping is the responsibility of R & P Trading.
You must notify us within 4 days
via email at sales@rptrading.biz, or phone to
advise us of any damaged product. We will
then provide you with instructions on how to, and where to return the damaged item.
Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship a replacement as soon as possible.
If an item is returned for an other reason shipping is the responsibility of the customer and the price of the item, (NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING), will be refunded.
